RHS Harlow Carr Gardens alternates season by season. The garden is innovatively designed pushing the boundaries of design and planting styles, creating displays that are beautiful but sometimes provocative. RHS Harlow Carr Gardens, houses woodland, a wildflower meadow, the Queen Mother’s Lake and many other breath taking nature displays. It is perfect to explore at any time of year. 
Next door there is also a Betty's tea room, famous for it’s delicious cakes and treats which is a delightful spot for afternoon tea after an eventful day walking through the gardens. 
Experience the beauty of nature with flower meadows, woodland and streams. A great family day out and only five minutes by car. 
Valley Gardens is an English Heritage Grade II Listed garden which along with woodland known as The Pinewoods, covers 17 acres. The Gardens contain a greater number of mineral springs than any other known place. Beautiful historical buildings such as the Sun Pavilion and Colonnades sit alongside a wide variety of outdoor games, children play area and the Magnesia Well Café. 
The Valley Gardens offer a location fun for all the family with colourful seasonal flowers along with a skate park, mini golf area, children’s play park, large tennis court and a small café called Magnesia Wells. 
Popular especially when the sun is shining, the Valley Gardens are open all year round, 24 hours a day and are the perfect place to spend the day with family or friends.
