Getting into the property
Entry information for access into our secure building and the apartment/s, will be sent to guests prior to arrival via email. Guests who have not confirmed receipt of the arrival instructions are also sent an automated text message, to those who provide a valid mobile number. The arrival instructions email contains an out of hours mobile number for guests to call in case of emergency outside of office hours.
Our team are usually on site or nearby but our reception area is not always manned so guests must bring their arrival instructions email with them to gain entry to the building.
We have 24 hour recorded CCTV on site and randomly timed security patrols by experienced, trustworthy and professional security guards to keep our guests safe and our property secure in our busy town centre location.

The Jubilee Multi Storey Public Car Park is also conveniently situated immediately behind our apartments and there is pay and display car parking on street less than 100 metres from our front door!
There are some roads in Harrogate which offer On-Street FREE PARKING - the closest to us is approx 8 minute walk.
There are excellent bus/rail links to Harrogate town centre too and the station is just a short walk away.
By Car:
Step 1
(On the A61 from Leeds), proceed along the A61 towards Harrogate following signs to Harrogate International Convention Centre and The Royal Hall. Proceed through Harrogate town centre in the right hand lane, following the A61 (West Park, continuing onto Parliament Street). At the bottom of Parliament Street, keep in the right hand lane and at the traffic lights take a right hand turn into King’s Road. Go to step 2
(On the A61 from Ripon), proceed along the A61 towards Harrogate following signs to Harrogate International Convention Centre and The Royal Hall, get into the left hand lane when you reach the crossroads at Kings Road. Turn left then... Go to step 2
(On the A59 from York), pick up signs for the A61 Ripon as you approach Harrogate. Follow signs to Harrogate International Convention Centre and The Royal Hall. Proceed through Harrogate town centre in the right hand lane, following the A61 (West Park, continuing onto Parliament Street). At the bottom of Parliament Street, keep in the right hand lane and at the traffic lights take a right hand turn into King’s Road. Go to step 2
Step 2
Get into the right hand lane. Then before you reach the next set of traffic lights, you will see Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments on your right hand side. We are opposite the Harrogate International Centre.
You will now need to park so turn right up Cheltenham Crescent for pay and display parking. The Jubilee car park is also sign posted up this street on your right hand side down Cheltenham Road so conveniently close to our apartments.
Once you have parked and you have reached our entrance, you will then need your access codes to enter the building. These were emailed and text to you prior to your arrival.
By Taxi from Harrogate Bus / Train Station:
You can walk to us within minutes or hop in a taxi for a short drive round the one way system. The taxi rank is across the road from the train station by the Victoria Shopping Centre.
As it is a one way system the taxi will likely take you up Station Parade and right towards West Park and Parliament Street. When you reach the bottom of the hill on Parliament street you need to turn right at that set of traffic lights. As you turn right you will see our apartments on your right hand side before you reach the next set of traffic lights. Taxi's do tend to pull up outside our entrance on the double yellow line, to allow you to offload your luggage.

By foot from Harrogate Bus / Train Station:
Turn right out of the train / bus station and walk against the flow of traffic down Station Parade until you reach the end of the bus shelter.
At the traffic lights, cross the road to your left (leaving Station Parade and joining Cheltenham Parade), follow the path downhill on Cheltenham Parade. Continue walking downhill on this road as it becomes Cheltenham Crescent, until you reach Kings Road.
The Harrogate Convention Centre will be in front of you across the road. Christies' Pub will be on the corner of the street to your right hand side and No35 Harrogate coffee shop will be opposite Christies' Pub on your left hand side.
Our serviced apartments are the huge building above No35 Harrogate Coffee. Walk to the right, round the front of our building, and you will see the entrance under a canopy next to Ice Scoop Gelato.
