Subject to availability, we offer two types of booking/cancellation options through our website: 
Disclaimer: Bookings made through any other website / travel agent will vary but we offer our guests the best rates when booking directly with us.  
(For bookings made via any other website please revert to the confirmation you will have received from the booking agent provider for the payment and cancellation policy agreed at the time the reservation was made.) 
DEPOSIT: 100% to book (non-refundable). 
CANCELLATION FEE: 100% of booking if no-show/cancelled at any time. 
You pay less per night in total for your stay with this booking/cancellation option. 
Minimum stays may apply for Special / Non-Refundable Rates to become available. 
DEPOSIT: 30% to book (non-refundable). The balance is taken up to 30 days before your arrival. 
CANCELLATION FEE: 30% of booking if cancelled 31 days or more before your arrival, or 100% of booking if no-show/cancelled within 30 days of your arrival. 
If your reservation is for a stay within 30 days of the arrival date, the full payment will be taken at the time of making the reservation. 

Will my booking be affected by the Coronavirus? Unless we are unable to operate, we are open for business and all bookings will be subject to the cancellation policy agreed to at the time the reservation was made. 

Booking Cancellations due to Covid-19: 
We understand this is an extremely difficult time for everybody concerned. 
Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments continue to operate under these challenging circumstances, ensuring guests staying with us are looked after to a high standard, maintaining the cleanliness required to keep people safe and well. 
We have plans in place to ensure staff will be available over the following weeks to service those customers staying with us. 
We are very sympathetic to those who do decide to cancel their stay due to the impact of the coronavirus, but unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for deposits and non-refundable bookings as per the cancellation policy agreed at the time of booking. 
This is not a decision we have taken lightly and understand for some customers this will be very frustrating. We are a small independent business and staying open means that our staff and suppliers will continue to be paid.
