1) How do I find and get into the apartment?
All our apartments are located at 18 Spa Buildings Kings Road, Harrogate, HG1 1BT. We send the booker an arrival instructions email a few days prior to arrival, which provides you with all the details you need on how to find us, where to park and how to access your apartment. The email will include an entry code into the building and another code to open the lock box in the entrance area that holds your apartment key.
It is very important that guests print and bring with them the arrival instructions email as we are not always on site. Without this you will not be able to enter your apartment, as you will not have the access codes! The email will be entitled "URGENT REPLY REQUIRED: Your important check in and arrival instructions..."
2) Do you have a luggage store on site?
Due to the nature of a self check-in serviced apartment, regrettably we are unable to offer storage of luggage prior to check-in/after check-out. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
3) Where is the closest supermarket and other shops in Harrogate?
The simple answer is just around the corner from our doorstep! We are so central to the heart of Harrogate which as a town offers you some of the best shopping experiences available to you in the UK. The closest convenience store is Tesco Express, located on Cambridge Road, Harrogate HG1 1AA which is approx 4 minute walk away.
There are so many independent shops to discover, as well as high street names you know and love, that you really are spoiled for choice.
One of the most famous areas to shop in Harrogate is in the quaint cobbled streets around Montpelier Quarter just around the corner from our apartments in the Kings Quarter.
Here you can enjoy new, modern and contemporary retailers; Farrah's famous toffee and food emporium, exclusive ladies' and men's fashions, hair and beauty salons, antiques, contemporary furniture, interior designers, kitchen and bedroom specialists can all be found nestling side by side in the quarter.
4) Do you have air-conditioning?
No sorry we don't have air-conditioning. In fairness, we rarely require air conditioning in the UK as a whole but like anywhere without aircon, the building can get hot during the Summer months so we do provide a fan in every apartment and have found keeping blinds closed during the day whilst you're out enjoying the sunshine will help keep the apartments cooler.
5) Is breakfast included in my stay?
We can provide breakfast packs for our guests which will be in the room on arrival if ordered prior to your stay. Click here to find out more.
6) Do you provide towels, linen and toiletries?
Yes. Towels and linen are provided along with a set of luxury toiletries from H2K of Harrogate luxury skincasre brand (shower gel, conditioning shampoo and soap).
7) Are Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments child friendly?
Yes absolutely! In fact you can book any of our apartments and children under the age of 6 years old stay FREE of charge when using existing beds. We even have a hot tip on a company you can hire baby equipment from too rather than bring it all with you for your stay.
8) Where to park in Harrogate?
Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments are conveniently situated with the Multi Storey Jubilee Car Park to the rear of our building, so public car parking is very close when staying with us. You can find more detailed information on nearby parking options on the PARKING page of our website, including where you can park for FREE!
9) Are your apartments pet friendly?
Sorry no we do not allow pets in the apartments.
10) How much does it cost per night to stay in your apartments?

11) How often is my apartment cleaned?
We clean the apartments between every check-out and check-in (of course) and once ever 7 days for stays longer than a week.
If you require additonal cleaning, during your stay this can be arranged with notice so just contact us to discuss your needs.
12) Are any of your apartments wheelchair accessible?
Sorry no. None of our apartments are fully wheelchair accessible as despite having a lift in the building, there is no way to avoid the steps leading into the building. Also there are some apartments with steps inside or steps leading to the apartment door which are unavoidable.
We advise you contact us to discuss your concerns before booking.

14) What is the best way to get around Harrogate?
Harrogate is a big town, but don't worry because our apartments are in the town centre. The best way to get around Harrogate when staying at Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments is to walk, so you can enjoy the best of Harrogate at your own pace.
If you decide to go further afield, there are great bus and train links that can take you to more fantastic places around the area like Knaresborough, York and Leeds. If you think we are posh in Harrogate, just wait until you've seen the 36 bus with leather seats, wifi and laminate flooring!
We'd also recommend booking a tour guide before your arrival to arrange a visit to some stunning cathedrals, castles and manor houses around the area. Maybe even a day out into the Yorkshire Dales or to the Coast. We can recommend a superb tour company for you called YorTours.
15) How do we get help if we need it during the stay?
During office hours (Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm) please call the office on 01423 568 820.
Outside of office hours (Monday - Thursday between 5pm and 9am the following morning & Friday at 5pm - Monday at 9am) we provide a mobile number for the guests to call which is in the arrival instructions email and the apartment welcome packs.
This number can also be heard on the voicemail of our office phone but is only for use of guests currently staying with us and not to be called for general enquiries. Thank you.
