Those that are prepared or need to travel seem to have less fear and just take additional precautions.
Guests can be reassured that our team have taken extra measures to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the apartments and communal areas are maintained.
We are also operating very strict procedures to ensure that no staff are on site if they have recently returned from coronavirus affected areas, or have been in contact with those that are recently returned. During your stay you may not see any staff on site as we operate a self check-in/out system.
The contract cleaning company we use have even implemented a new hygiene procedure for all of the team to follow as an extra precaution...
"We will be using an anti-bacterial contact spray, which will be used when entering an apartment. The team will be spraying high contact areas such as light switches, taps, window opening, TV remotes and appliance handles. The spray has a contact time of 3-5 minutes, hence why we will do this on areas first of all.
We will also ensure that used laundry is fully bagged, before transferring this anywhere else in the building.
Our team are also following the guidelines regarding regular hand washing and this has been communicated to them this morning. We are also using anti-bacterial spray in communal areas on areas such as light switches, lift buttons and door handles."
Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments are rated 5 out of 5 on TripAdvisor for cleanliness and we will continue to work hard to ensure the right precautions are in place.
We need local businesses who book accommodation regularly for colleagues or clients visiting Harrogate, to know that booking a stay in our apartments requires little or no contact with staff. Guests are sent all the codes to access their apartment in advance, so they can self-check-in/out.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen so guests can cook their own meals should they not wish to dine out. Our guests have a comfortable open plan living/dining room in each apartment to relax, rather than being confined to a hotel bedroom and having no choice but to eat meals in a restaurant or hotel bar.
We wish everybody good health and want to stress we are taking every possible measure to keep our guests safe at Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments.
